It shall be unlawful for any person to place or erect any structure, sign, poster, or advertising device of any kind whatever in any recreation facility or area, or to attach any notice, sign, poster, wire, rod, chain, or cord to any tree, shrub, fence, or structure within any park, except those persons authorized by the Parks and Recreation Director. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
