All Town parks and recreation areas shall be open to the public between sunrise and midnight or as posted. It shall be unlawful for any person to use or inhabit any Town recreation or park area at any other time except when recreation or park area is being operated under the direct supervision of the Parks and Recreation Department, or with written authorization from the Parks and Recreation Director or designated official.
