(A) Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, the Town will not collect medical waste, hazardous waste, human and animal waste, used oil and dead animals weighing greater than 10 pounds. No person shall place any of the aforementioned items in any container or receptacle intended for collection by the Town.
(B) The removal of building materials stumps, logs, and materials resulting from the clearing of vacant land shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property or his or her contractor, builder, or other agent.
