§ 95.072 TOWN NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES.

Neither the Town nor its Fire Department shall be liable in any respect to any individual signing a contract with the Town for any damage to property, loss by fire, damage by water, injuries to persons, or damage to property by reason of attending the fire or arising from the failure of the Fire Department to answer a fire call.
