There is hereby adopted by the Town Council mandatory permits or optional permits that have been administratively adopted from the North Carolina Fire Code and it is incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. The provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the town and the extraterritorial jurisdiction.
