The limits referred to in the NC Fire Code adopted by this subchapter, in which the storage of explosives and blasting caps is restricted, are hereby established as follows: They are not permitted except as authorized by the zoning ordinances and as approved by the Fire Chief/Designee. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
