§ 95.032 LIMITS FOR STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS.
   (A)   Storage of flammable liquids shall be regulated by the NC Fire Codes.
   (B)   Storage of flammable liquids is not permitted except as authorized by the zoning ordinances and as approved by the Fire Chief/designee. New bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited in the corporate limits and any other storage must be authorized by the zoning ordinances and approved by the Fire Chief/designee.
