(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to take any dog into the cemetery, allow any animal to run at large, ride, drive, or lead any animal or vehicle on or over any plat or walkway, or leave any horse unattended therein.
(B) No person shall drive, ride, or lead any horse or horse-drawn vehicle in the cemetery faster than a walk.
(C) A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
