(A) No lot or grave site in the cemetery shall be sold by the owner thereof, unless it is sold to the Town at the same price less a $50 administrative fee retained by the General Fund, that the owner paid for the plot or grave site.
(B) In buying back cemetery lots, $75 of the price shall be taken from the General Fund and the remainder from the Perpetual Care Fund.
