(A) No lot or grave site in the cemetery shall be sold by the owner thereof, unless it is sold to the Town at the same price that the owner paid, less an administrative fee per the Town’s fee schedule. This administrative fee shall be retained by the General Fund.
(B) In buying back cemetery lots, 30% of the purchase price shall be taken from the General Fund and 70% from the Perpetual Care Fund.
