§ 92.05 PRICES FOR CEMETERY LOTS AND DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS.
   (A)   The price of lots in the cemetery shall be $400 for residents of Southern Pines and $500 for non-residents.
   (B)   Funds received for the sale of cemetery lots shall be distributed as follows: $125 to General Fund revenue and the remainder to the Perpetual Care Fund provided in § 92.09.
