Owners are responsible for making certain that all animals under their care are properly vaccinated against rabies and any other vaccinations as may be required and for maintaining proof of vaccination in accordance with the requirements of G.S. §§ 130A-184 et seq., the State Board of Health, and the Moore County Board of Health. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
