§ 90.082 ENFORCEMENT.
Any violation of § 90.081 is subject to penalties and enforcement action as provided in § 10.99(A), except each instance of a violation that occurs after notice, whether oral or written, from an officer, employee, or agent of the Town constitutes a separate violation. The notice is sufficient if provided to a violator or to a person with apparent authority to receive the notice for a violator. Prior notice that a particular act constitutes a violation is not required and any violation of § 90.081 may be enforced by a sworn officer of the Police Department based upon a complaint from the public or upon the independent observations of the officer.
