There is hereby established a Housing Selection Committee, which shall operate pursuant to the bylaws attached to Res. 933 and the membership of which initially shall be seven individuals designated by the Town Council, at least three of whom shall be residents of the West Southern Pines Neighborhood, as defined by the boundaries recognized in the West Southern Pines Plan made part of the Comprehensive Long-Range Plan, and at least one of whom shall be an individual with knowledge or experience in real estate sales, development, building, or finance.
