§ 33.52 MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   When possible, appointments shall be made in such a manner as to maintain on the Advisory Committee at all times a majority of members who have had special training or experience in bicycle riding, city planning, health and fitness field, or a closely related field.
   (B)   The Town Council shall periodically review the backgrounds and qualifications of the Advisory Committee to insure that a majority have training or experience. Generally, the review shall take place at times of appointment.
   (C)   Advisory Committee members may be reimbursed for actual expenses in the performance of duties within the limits of any funds available to the Advisory Committee but shall serve without pay. In all cases, any reimbursement shall only be made in accordance with policies specifically approved by the Town Council and/or Town Manager.
