§ 32.017 AUTHORITY TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS RELATED TO FIRE SAFETY.

The Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or Fire Inspector may issue Town parking citations for any violation of Chapter 72 of this code that serve the purpose of fire safety, fire prevention or fire fighting, specifically including, but not limited to, §§ 72.05 and 72.07.
