The Director of Public Services/designee shall cause all routes on which truck traffic is prohibited under this section to be clearly sign-posted to give notice that this section is in effect. No person shall be charged with violating the provisions of this section unless appropriate signs are posted on the street on which truck traffic is prohibited.
