§ 71.003 PASSENGERS TO REMAIN INSIDE VEHICLE.

No person shall allow any part of his or her body to protrude beyond the limits of the vehicle in which he or she is riding, except to give those signals that are required by this chapter, and no person shall hang on to any vehicle whatsoever.
