(A) Parking on West Vermont Avenue from North Bennett Street to the middle of the block be limited to one hour parking during the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
(B) Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., the two parking spaces immediately to the south of the handicapped parking zone on the west side of the 200 block of N.W. Broad Street may be used only for vehicles to stand while unloading or loading passengers or equipment.
(C) Parking on both sides of the 200 block section of South Carlisle Street shall be prohibited when school is in session to match the times specified on the School Zone signage, currently 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
(D) This ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
