No person on roller skates or skateboards or riding in or by means of coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device shall go on any roadway, except while crossing a street at a crosswalk or intersection; except on streets set aside as play streets and except on streets in single family residential areas that are not thoroughfare or collector streets. Additionally, no person shall ride the devices on any sidewalk in any business district in the Town.
