§ 36.02 ANNUAL MUNICIPAL BUDGET PROCEDURE ADOPTED.
   The village hereby adopts ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 8-2-9.1 through 8-2-9.10, providing for an annual municipal budget in lieu of the passage of an annual appropriation ordinance.
