§ 33.07 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police may make or describe such rules and regulations for the guidance of the members and employees of the department as he or she shall see fit. Such rules, when approved by the Board of Trustees and/or by the Village President shall be binding on such members and employees.
