§ 33.03 APPOINTMENTS.

All appointments, promotions and dismissals of police officers, other than the Chief of Police and Deputy Chief, shall be made by the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners; provided, however, that the dismissal of probationary police officers shall be at the discretion of the Chief of Police, subject to approval by the Village Administrator.
