§ 32.35 MEETINGS; QUORUM.

The Recreation Board shall meet monthly. A quorum shall consist of four members of the Board, and no official business shall be conducted without a quorum present. The Board may adopt its own rules of procedures not inconsistent with the provisions of this subchapter or this code.
