All fees, charges and monies set forth in this subchapter shall be paid in advance, in full, to the village prior to delivery of deed for any lot purchased and prior to interment. All agreements for cemetery arrangements must be in writing and pursuant to a contract provided by the village. A receipt for the sale of any cemetery goods, services or easement shall be provided on either partial or full payment. Copies of all contracts for cemetery services must further be kept and maintained in the village's permanent records.
