The charge for the interment of each person, which interment shall include the services of opening of the grave, necessary aid at the grave site, closing of the grave, properly shaping of the top and disposing of all excess earth, is as follows:
(A) A person 18 years old or older at the date of death, interred on a weekday: $500.
(B) A person 18 years old or older at the date of death, interred on a weekend: $750.
(C) Interment of a person under the age of 18 years at the date of death, interred on a weekday: $350.
(D) Interment of a person under the age of 18 years at the date of death, interred on a weekend: $600.
(E) Disinterment of urn: $100.
(F) Disinterment of casket: $500.
