§ 32.17 RECORDS.
   All records pertaining to transactions and the sale of lots in said continued and expanded cemetery shall be in the sole possession of the Treasurer of this village, who shall make all entries in said records and maintain same up to date. In addition, the village shall keep a record of every interment, entombment and inurnment completed after March 1, 2010 that shall include the deceased's name, age, date of burial and parcel identification number identifying where the human remains are interred, entombed or inurned. Within the time provided by law after an interment, entombment or inurnment of human remains, a record of same shall be made to the Cemetery Oversight Database.
