§ 51.21 ENTRANCE OF WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS; EXTENSIONS INTO BUILDINGS: NUMBER OF CONNECTIONS.
    All water service connections or extensions shall be laid to the premises so as to enter the building to be served by the most practicable direct route from the water main. Only one water service shall be permitted per lot, with the exception of apartments and commercial buildings. All duplexes must have two water services.
