§ 31.065 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   (A)   The Treasurer shall keep records showing all money received and paid out by him, showing the source from which it is received and the purpose for which it is paid, and he shall keep records at all times showing the financial status of the village.
   (B)   The Treasurer shall make such reports regarding delinquent special assessments as are required by statute, and shall make a monthly report to the Board of Trustees showing what money has been received and the sources thereof. The Treasurer shall also make an annual report during the last month of the fiscal year showing the activities of his office.
