§ 150.54 SWIMMING POOLS.
   (A)   In-ground pools. A $120 fee shall be charged for a building permit to construct an in-ground swimming pool.
   (B)   Above-ground pools. A $90 fee shall be charged for a building permit to construct an above-ground swimming pool.
