(A) A fee shall be calculated for installation, repair, maintenance, alternation or extension of a plumbing system based on the total of $55 for each scheduled plumbing inspection and a $75 plan review fee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, however, the village shall charge any person obtaining a building permit exclusively for a water heater replacement a fee of $50 for each water heater.
(B) The owner of every nonresidential property on which there exists a cross-connection with the village water supply shall pay an annual administration fee of $100 to the village to defray the costs of monitoring said owner’s compliance with regulations pertaining to cross- connection and control devices as required by the IEPA. This annual fee for owners of nonresidential property is separate from, and in addition to, the obligation of every owner of residential or nonresidential property on which there exists a cross-connection with the village water supply to have the cross-connection control device tested and inspected in accordance with the requirements of the village code of ordinances.
