The Village Clerk's Office shall be located in the South Elgin Village Hall and be open between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays and except as hereafter provided. During said office hours, the Village Clerk's office shall be readily available to assist members of the general public with respect to village business. The Village Clerk's Office shall be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
