Every building or premises used in violation of this section is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, and each and every person who owns such building or premises or is in possession, charge or control of the same, or who shall permit the use of the same to be used in violation of this section, shall be guilty of such violation and shall be fined not more than $750.00 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
