§ 131.05 TRESPASSING IN CEMETERY.
   No person shall carry away or remove, or shall willfully, maliciously or negligently break, deface, destroy or otherwise injure any monument, tombstone, tree, shrub, flower, railing, fence or other property, article or thing belonging to any cemetery or burying ground within the village, or to the owner of any lot therein, or placed or erected therein, for ornament or otherwise, or shall trespass upon or maltreat any grave or tomb therein.
