§ 117.10 BOND REQUIRED.
   Before any Class A license is issued or renewed hereunder, the person or party desiring the same shall file with the Village Clerk, to be approved by him or her, a good and sufficient bond in the penal sum of $500 with sureties or surety to be approved as aforesaid, payable to the village, conditioned that the licensee will faithfully observe all the ordinances relating to such license and the subject matter thereof and will pay all the fines assessed against him or her under the ordinances of said village. Before any Class B license is issued or renewed hereunder, the persons or party desiring the same shall file with the Village Clerk, to be approved by him or her, a good and sufficient bond in the penal sum of $200 with sureties or surety to be approved as aforesaid, payable to the village, conditioned that the licensee will faithfully observe all the ordinances relating to such license and the subject matter thereof and will pay all the fines assessed against him or her under the ordinances of said village.
