§ 31.022 GENERAL DUTIES.
   The Village President shall be the chief executive officer of the village, and he shall perform all such duties as may be required by statute or ordinance. The Village President shall have the power and authority to inspect all books and records kept by any village officer or employee at any reasonable time.
