§ 115.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LICENSED SOLICITOR. Any person who has obtained a valid license of registration as hereinafter provided, and which license is in the possession of such solicitor on his or her person while engaged in soliciting.
   RESIDENCE. Every separate living unit occupied for residential purposes by one or more persons, contained within any type of building or structure.
   SOLICITING. The act of seeking to obtain goods, services or money by persuasion; to entice a person to action; or the recruiting of possible sales or donations.
   SOLICITOR. One who engages in soliciting.
