Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this subchapter shall constitute a violation. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this subchapter is subject to Class C misdemeanor provisions, which are 30 days imprisonment and/or a fine of $500. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
