§ 110.02 LICENSE; FORM AND CONTENTS OF TERM.
   Except where otherwise provided, the license shall be over the name and under the corporate seal of said village and executed by its Village Clerk. The license shall express the license fee paid therefor, the name or names of the person or parties licensed, the time it is to operate and continue, the particular thing or things and place licensed, and shall contain a statement that the license is accepted subject to the terms and conditions of the ordinances of the village in force or which may at any time come into force during the term of said license relating thereto or the subject matter thereof, and that it is issued subject to revocation by the President and Board of Trustees of the village. Unless otherwise provided, no license shall have a term extending beyond the 31st day of December of the year in which it is issued.
