§ 93.09 COURT NOTICE.
   In the event the owner or occupant of the property where such nuisance exists, or the owner of the vehicle as the case may be, has failed within the prescribed time to abate such nuisance, then the appropriate official of said village who served or mailed such notice, or the person who filed an affidavit as aforesaid, or the person who investigated whether such nuisance had been abated, shall file a complaint with the Circuit Court for the 16th Judicial Circuit, charging violation of this chapter and demanding that the owner or occupant of the property, or the owner of the vehicle as the case may be, punished as herein provided.
