§ 91.56 POWER TO ENTER PREMISES FOR INSPECTIONS.
   The Building Inspector or anyone authorized to act for him, in the performance of his duties under this subchapter, is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into and upon any private or public properties, except private residences, at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspecting any fuel-burning, combustion or process equipment or device situated therein or thereon; and shall collect and preserve any and all evidence pertaining to any alleged violation of any provision of this subchapter.
