§ 51.95 INDUSTRIAL WASTE.
   Where any premises discharges industrial waste into the village sanitary sewerage system and the water thus discharged is obtained from a source other than the village waterworks, the village shall permit such discharge only if:
   (A)   A capacity analysis has determined adequate capacity within the sanitary sewerage system;
   (B)   No facility may bring in wastewater that is not generated on site to discharge into the village sanitary sewerage system;
   (C)   The owner of the premises installs and maintains, at the owner’s sole expense, a (discharge) meter meeting acceptable standards of measurement;
   (D)   The Fox River Water Reclamation District has approved such discharge into the sanitary sewerage system.
   (E)   All associated recapture fees associated with the sanitary system tributaries will apply to new system users.
   (F)   A water quality report must be provided and reviewed by the village prior to access to the sanitary system.
   (G)   New users must obtain applicable permits from all applicable agencies.
