(A) Possession of drug paraphernalia. It shall be unlawful to knowingly possess any item of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use it in ingesting, inhaling, or otherwise introducing a controlled substance into the human body, or in preparing a controlled substance for that use, except as authorized under the Act, the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program Act, or other law.
(B) The term DRUG PARAPHERNALIA has the meaning ascribed to it in the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 600, §2.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of this section is subject to a fine of $200 for each offense.
