§ 39.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide a fair and efficient method of determining the eligibility of applicants for the benefits enumerated under the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act (820 ILCS 320/1 etseq.) (PSEBA). All benefits provided applicants pursuant to PSEBA will be consistent with PSEBA.
