§ 31.153 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Village Engineer shall be generally responsible for carrying out the duties required by statute and by ordinance.
   (B)   The Village Engineer shall be responsible for technical and administrative work in planning, organizing and assisting the Director of Public Works.
   (C)   Work shall be performed under the general administrative direction of the Village Administrator and shall be reviewed through conferences, reports and independent audits.
