§ 119.04 LICENSES; FORM AND CONTENTS.
   An application for each license shall be made to the Chief of Police on forms furnished by the village. The license herein required shall be in writing over the name of said village and executed by the Chief of Police. Such license shall express the amount of the fee paid therefor, the name or names of the party to whom issued, the kind of tobacco
products, and the particular place where the same are to be handled, dealt in, sold or given away, and period for which such license is to continue. No license shall be issued hereunder to extend beyond the last day of the calendar year in which it is granted.
