§ 94.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, a TEMPORARY STREET CLOSURE shall mean a block party conducted within the village that reasonably anticipates closure of a residential public right-of-way to limited or no vehicular traffic for some specified period of time. The term "block party" does not include a "special event" as defined in Chapter 98 of the Village Code of Ordinances.
