§ 51.90 DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY SEWER.

No person owning, or in possession of real estate, shall discharge, or cause to permit to be discharged any stormwater, surface water, groundwater, or roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer.
