§ 51.46 ADOPTION OF CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL POLICY MANUAL.

The village adopts the comprehensive Cross-Connection Control Policy Manual, in the form current as of August 23, 2004, together with all present and future amendments to all building codes referenced therein, as setting forth the terms of the comprehensive cross-connection programs and such terms shall regulate all cross-connections to the village water system.
