§ 51.30 CONTINUATION OF CONNECTIONS AND EXTENSIONS TO ADJOINING PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   No customer shall be permitted to connect to a domestic water service connection extension across a lot to serve an adjoining premise except in the case of an emergency. Approval from the Director of Public Works must be obtained prior to connection.
