Every effort will be made to place the curb stop in the right- of-way. The curb stop/B box shall be located not less than one foot or more than two feet from the street side of the sidewalk towards the street. The curb stop and box shall be a design approved by the Water Division. No curb stop/B box shall be located in sidewalk or driveways.
